The car they had available had many scratches and dents that made it too hard to list all on the inspection sheet. They have the cars in a parking garage with poor illumnation at the downtown office and you have to use a flashlight to make out scratches. The inspector marked a scratch on the front view of the vehicle. The second inspector said he expected the marking to be on the side view. They had to pull older notes to see if the car had scratches which was time consuming and eventually cleared it up.
