The service was great. I was traveling with two kids age 2 & 3. I was nervous about the process, I’ve had bad experiences with car rentals before in Mexico. The process was easy and quick, paperwork was ready, along with the car. The return was very easy, the process was stress free and quick return. My recommendation would be to book via the website, along with the insurance.

Recommended! As soon as I arrived I talked to Julio who gave me all the details and pricing with no BS. Process was quick and I was able to ride out of there in less than 15 mins.
Car was clean, new, and equipped. Came back turned it in and closed out. Got my deposit back within 4 days no extra charges. Definitely using them again!

Excellent excellent service. My family (with young children) has used Sixt for at least 10 years whenever we visit. I highly recommend this company for car rental- they are the best in Morelia. Sixt also has another location downtown in Morelia by the Cathedral.

Very good service. The problem with the negative reviews is that folks think they can rent a car for less than $20 a day. The insurance in Mexico is very expense as you can imagine that liability is through the roof. Make sure you check the car and take pictures before you take it. Mexico has limited gasoline so opt for a small car like the Aveo with minimal gas consumption. I paid about $50 a day which is average. Feel free to ask any questions.
