First of all, I want to say that we rate with Sixt, only Sixt. We love Sixt because of the service and fair prices, the dedication, the smile on the faces of the staff and the top service in Europe. We love renting with Sixt, you always have a clean & new car, good reliable models and top notch service. This rent in Bari was amazing, Rafaella waited for us to land and although the plane was late and it was the middle of the night, Rafaella was very kind, explained everything to us and even walked with us to the car. The experience was amazing, thank you so much for making our trip amazing and unforgettable!!

Everything went very smooth! The whole process was explained very clearly, for sure recommended!
As others already mentioned, somehow they didn’t have the car category that we reserved and provided us with an upgrade (which can sound nice at first, but Bari and the surroundings have very narrow streets, you have to be extremely careful and you don’t want to drive around in a big SUV, so take the smallest car you can get). They were also a bit pushy regarding additional insurances, but as soon as we said we have already additional coverage, they respected it and stopped trying to sell us anything else.
The only negative side: the car had many more scratches than what was described on the app, so we took around 15 min trying to get every single damage/scratch/bump we saw. Luckily you can include the damages directly on the app. I strongly suggest to take time and go around the car as many times as possible before you leave the parking lot, also make videos and photos both to upload in the app and keep it on your phone.
