Very friendly and accommodating staff. They give me fantastic cars all the time. Now, this is also about sixt in general and their delegated services when a problem arises: I'm very happy and will come back without hesitations. I had great customer service as I was abroad and with a flat tire. Everyone on the phone was pretty quick to answer, and very prompt to answer any questions to their best knowledge. I fortunately took the full insurance (0€/damage) which prevented me from hundreds of euros of bills. Now, I had to pay for the reparation in advance so that I could take the car quickly enough to come back to Germany. To anyone reading this: you never know what will happen, it is worth taking the insurance! I give 4 stars, not 5, for having to advance the money and the delay for getting the money back (I had to send a reminder email) but retrospectively speaking it just took a month, it's really not bad at all... think of it as a 4.5 stars.
