Zustand Kfz: Erstes Fahrzeug funktionierte leider nicht vollumfänglich (Navi ließ sich nicht einschalten); Das Servicetelefon ist nicht so einfach auffindbar, da die Beschilderung schlecht ist. Also ging ich zurück zum Terminal. Nach Schilderung des Sachverhaltes wurde das Fahrzeug aber anstandslos getauscht, es gab sogar ein Upgrade. Kleines Manko war jedoch, dass beide Kfzs gefühlt nicht wirklich bzw. nur grob gereinigt wurden.
Abgabestation Leipzig Bahnhof: Irreführende Beschilderung zur Rückgabe! Am Flughafen wurde mitgeteilt, dass zur Rückgabe während der Geschäftszeit die Station im Bahnhof gegenüber Gleis 1 zu verwenden wäre und nicht die Rückgabebox. Gegenüber Gleis 1 angekommen stellt man fest, dass dort eine Baustelle ist und die Station umgebaut wird bzw. diese es dort nicht mehr gibt. Am Fenster hängt klebt ein Etikett auf dem auf die Rückgabebox im Parkhaus verwiesen wird. Also ging ich zurück ins Parkhaus. Dort stand jedoch auch, dass während der Geschäftszeit die Station gegenüber Gleis 1 zu verwenden ist, auch war die Rückgabebox verschlossen! Auf der Rückgabe-Ebene war auch keine Person sichtbar. Im Internet habe ich dann gefunden, dass die Station am Bahnhof jetzt im UG ist! Also wieder zurück zum Bahnhof (jedes Mal mit gesamtem Gepäck). Dort endlich angekommen ging ich an einen Schalter, an dem eine Person saß, die gerade aufgeräumt hat und mich auch begrüßt hat. Sie ging jedoch ins Hinterzimmer und ich dachte, dass sie was holen wird, um dann nach 2 Minuten festzustellen, dass diese Person sich bei der anderen, mit einem anderen Kunden beschäftigten Person verabschiedet hat. Ich hätte zumindest erwartet, dass die Person hätte erwähnen sollen, dass ich doch bitte auf den Kollegen warten solle. Also habe ich gewartet und der anderen Person dann mitgeteilt, dass die Beschilderung und Info bzgl. der Rückgabe modifiziert werden müsse. Man hat sich entschuldigt, jedoch bin ich mir nicht sicher, wie zeitnah die Beschilderung korrigiert werden wird!
