Am 08.09.2020 ein Auto gemietet mit Abholung um 18:00 Uhr. Ich war im 18:03 an der Station, jedoch vor verschlossener Tür, obwohl Mitarbeiterin mit Kunde noch im Laden war. Als der Kunde dann um 18:08 gegangen ist, wurde mir gesagt ich kann das Auto nicht mehr abholen da geschlossen ist. Nach Mitteilung das das Auto wichtig ist, wurde mir angeboten für einen Aufpreis von ca 40€ (Nachtzuschlag) das Auto abholen zu dürfen (das sind ca 50% Aufschlag für das Auto was ca 90€ gekostet hat. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte dann noch ich soll mich beim Abholen des Autos vom Parkdeck beeilen, da ich sonst nicht mehr runterkomme weil die Schranke zu ist. Das Auto hatte einen dicken Vorschaden, wo einem keine Zeit gelassen wird sich den Wagen anzuschauen. Auch eine Übergabe hat nicht stattgefunden. Dafür auch noch Geld nehmen. Geht gar nicht und ist mehr als nur Frech!!!!!

Wenn ihr keine Gäste nach 18 Uhr wollt - bietet auch keine Abholung für 18 Uhr an!

 

Zwei Sterne extra gibt es weil die anderen Male es immer Reibungslos ging. Am 05.10 war ich früher da und mein Auto aber nicht fertig. Obwohl ich mehr als 15 Minuten auf mein Auto gewartet habe, wurde mir das natürlich nicht mit 40€ kompensiert
