Sixt in Nice / Airport Côte d'Azur (Summer 2022): For the car booking I like the Sixt webpage. Good overview, all important information compact. Nice design. That's why I book a few times a year.
End of July we got our car in Nice / Airport. We arrived from Zurich (holiday) and were really relaxed: After 10-15 minutes everything was settled.
Unfortunately, the login on the page and on the app did not work for us with the new booking. Two days ago, I wanted to postpone the return via the service line. Attention !! If you use the English service, you get the sounds of a stock market somewhere in Far East? Nobody will answer and after 15 seconds you will be kicked out. If you chose the German service, you are kicked out directly.
You should go over the nice French voice. Within 3 Minutes everything is fixed. Today I returned the car at Nice / Airport Côte d'Azur, one day earlier and get the extra day back. I discussed my experience with the service line with the lady at the counter. She explained me the new centralization corporate strategy.
For the new Strategy (Hello Management, are you sleeping ??) and the silly service line in English = Zero points. For the work and commitment of the people in Nice = 5 points.
We will be back in Nice and look for the best car rental company.
