Une agence qui vous ne la joue pas rapport de force "c'est comme ca et on vous emmerde", facon Hertz". Il ne faut pas votre passeport, votre declaration d'impots, votre casier judiciaire, un permis electronique (chez Hertz, le permis papier est refusé, "c'est comme ca et on vous emmerde", c'est le service juridique et compliance qui décide, pas le client, avis à la clientele !...).

Bref une agence normale, sympa, ouverte, a laquelle on mettrait une note moins bonne si Hertz ne revisitait pas tous les standards du 100 % mépris client pour apprécier a sa juste mesure le simple fait de parler poliment au client. Ce que fait Sixt, y compris un soir de greve SNCF, bravo et merci !
