Pick up was easy. Offering to put the fare for crossing the bridge on my credit card up front was convenient, and the car was brand new and a class higher than I had booked and paid fore.
The only disappointment was when dropping of the car at CPH airport. No shuttle bus to the terminal. No trolley for my luggage. Had to carry my heavy duffle bag all the way.
But maybe this is an airport issue?
Easy pick up, and smooth drop off. Helps having full insurance to prevent any possible issues regarding unforeseen damages.
