Everything was fine. Easy access to the office, easy access to the car park, easy return, and in my experience the best price in Vienna (at least for weekends and for periods up to 5 days). Pls ensure that you have a better insurance booked than offered as the first option, but I think the officers at the desk always ask for this before giving you the car.
