Staff are nice, professional and eager to help,,
Their parking are just behind the branch,,
My rental was through third party website, on the last minute, I had to change my arrival time to the next day, I called the website I had my rental with, they told me that they can do nothing, and the only choice is to cancel my reservation and have new one,!
I called Sixt, and explained to them the situation, they answered immediately that my reservation was postponed and I could collect the car at the time of the new arrival with NO extra cost,,
The only bad part, was that the car had a maintenance reminder that popped up every time I turn the car on,!
