Aside from the fact that when you call them and want a quick 10 second confirmation something and you end up trapped in the Phillipine Call Centre who are under strict instructions NOT to let any calls go through to the actual branch site... The staff are wonderful - helpful to a fault and a great human interface... Of only they could sort out their phone contact set up they'd have it nailed. The vehicles are clean & reliable and the rates are good.
