Got a great deal online via the SIXT website. The service staff at the Artarmon branch were two of the friendliest and most professional I have ever dealt with at a car rental (and I have dealt with many over many years in many countries). Alex took the time to explain to me the intricacies of the Peugeot 508GT. Kudos to Alex and the beautiful lady (sorry, I didn't catch her name), on 14/02/2023, for very professional service.

I could not rate these guys highly enough. We got in a pickle when our van broke down in Melbourne. Alex and the team could not have been more helpful finding a better van in a tight market. He kept in touch while sorting it out and was quick with the refund.

I hadn’t heard of sixt before booking thru rental cars and I have to say I am very impressed! Very kind, quick and helpful staff, we extended multiple days and they made it a breeze! The cars were new (all max 2 years old) and the rates were great.

Easy pick up experience and easy to get to from the city when heading north. The cab driver was surprised that we were picking up a rental car from Artarmon (he usually takes people to Alexandra or the airport) but commented how quick the drive was due to being on the motorway the whole way.
