Where do I start?! My guy Clifton was amazing! First time renting a car in the UK and Clifton sure made it easy and certainly unforgettable. From his energy, to charm, to customer service, he made this experience one of a kind. Even when we mistakenly got the wrong car, he went above and beyond (literally) to make sure we were taking care of and help get the situation get resolved immediately.
