Checked in with Angela when I landed and it was a very quick and easy process. She offered a free upgrade which was indeed a nice thing to accommodate since they didn't have the vehicle I booked. Check out was even easier and I was met with a kind gentleman by the name of Miracle who kindly took the vehicle off my hands without any trouble. Will be using Sixt at Milano airport again for future trips! 10/10
