Important Information: Due to renovation work, our regular SIXT branch is currently temporarily closed. During this period, you will find our interim location just 150 meters away. Once the renovation is complete, we will be back at our usual location to serve you. How to find us: Arrival at Terminal A: After collecting your luggage, you can pick up your vehicle key directly at the SIXT counter in Terminal A. Arrival at Terminal B: After collecting your luggage, please proceed towards Terminal A. Your vehicle key will be handed over at the SIXT counter located there. Arrival at Terminal C: After baggage claim, follow the signs to Terminal A. You will receive your key at the SIXT counter in that terminal.

From the Düsseldorf central train station, take the S-Bahn (suburban train) S11 towards Düsseldorf airport. There are also several ICE or EC trains that go from the Düsseldorf central train station to the airport. Finally, there are several buses, including from Ratingen line 760 and from Düsseldorf central train station line 721. Once at the airport, please use the SkyTrain to reach the terminals.

Navigate to our SIXT branch at Terminal-Ring 1, 40474 Düsseldorf. For returns during business hours, once you arrive at the airport, follow the signs for "Rental car return". Drive up to the second floor. After checking that you have all your belongings, a service agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return. For returns outside of business hours, once you arrive at the airport, follow the signs for "Rental car return". Please park on ground floor in the Car Rental Center. After checking that you have all your belongings, a return agent will process your return and collect your key.
