The Bellevue Toll Bridge, which is also called the Grand Army of the Republic Bridge, is a bridge that spans the Missouri River and connects Mills County, Iowa and Sarpy County, Nebraska at the town of Bellevue, Nebraska. For travelers that are heading from the southern part of Omaha east into Missouri, this bridge is a very popular route as it connects to Highway 75 in Nebraska with Interstate 29 in Missouri. The bridge and the associated tollbooth operate 24 hours per day and because cash is the only accepted form of payment, it is rare to have violations for non-payment of tolls. How and When to Use The Plattsmouth Bridge?

The bridge spans the Missouri River between Nebraska and Iowa. The western end of the bridge carries traffic on Livingston Road out of the town of Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Once on the Iowa side of the Missouri River, the street name changes to Lambert Avenue which takes travelers into the town of Glenwood, Iowa. Drivers must pay tolls in cash at the toll booths found on each side of the bridge. Because travelers pay tolls in cash there are is no mechanism at this bridge for toll violations that drivers may access.
