Are your car service cars priced per passenger?

No, our rides are not calculated per passenger but by destination, mileage and ride type. During the booking process, when you're choosing a vehicle, passenger capacity will be shown. If you need a vehicle to accommodate a larger group, book one of our minivan and SUV options.

How do I pay for a car service?

We operate with cashless payment systems for the car service. Payment will be sorted before your ride during the booking process. You'll be asked to link a card that you'd like to pay with, which will then be charged upon completion of your ride. Prices for pre-booked journeys are fixed, so what you see is what you pay on the day.

Although there isn't a deadline to book your car service, we do recommend booking your private hire ride to the airport as soon as you book your flights to avoid the possibility of your desired dates, times or suitable vehicle being unavailable.
