What are airport transfers and how do I book one?
Booking an airport transfer ensures a smooth ride to or from the airport. By entering your flight number, your driver can track your flight and adjust pickup times based on your actual arrival.
How it works
When booking your airport transfer, you can connect your flight number to your ride. This allows your driver to track your flight status and adjust pickup time in case of early arrivals or delays.
Benefits of entering your flight number
- Flight tracking: Your driver monitors your actual landing time and adjusts pickup accordingly.
- Additional free waiting time: Extra waiting time is included according to our booking conditions.
- Meet & Greet: Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall for a smooth handover.
- Option to schedule extra time at the airport after landing for customs, meetings, or other needs (up to 2 hours).
Multiple passengers with different flights
If passengers arrive on different flights, we recommend booking separate rides. This ensures each flight can be tracked individually and all pickups occur on time, even with delays or early arrivals.
Example scenario
Your flight is scheduled to land at 3:00 p.m., and you want to stay at the airport for 1 hour and 30 minutes. After entering your flight number during booking, your driver will wait at 4:30 p.m. (or adjusted according to delays) for pickup, ensuring your requested stay duration is accommodated.
Important notes
- If your flight is not connected to your ride, it will not be considered an airport pickup, and the additional services will not be included.
- Additional charges may apply if the actual arrival time differs significantly from the expected time due to waiting time extensions.
