What to do when travelling with children

When you book your taxi, please inform us in the comment section if you are travelling with children under the age of 12 (depending on country) as well as their height and weight so we can make the necessary arrangements for you and your children. The law regarding child seats varies depending on which country you are travelling in. For example, in the UK a child seat is required up until the age of 12 or 135cm whereas in Germany it is 150cm. So please inform yourself of the relevant law when you book your taxi or airport transfer or simply get in touch with our customer service team.
