Sign in or create a new account at sixt.com or in the SIXT app. Accept the program terms and then select Join now. If you don’t see the option, log into your SIXT account, select SIXT ONE, and choose Join now.

After joining, your membership is immediately active. We'll email your status tier and all your benefits.

SIXT ONE rewards you with two types of points for every qualifying rental: status points and rental points. Status points unlock higher status tiers: Gold (2,000+), Platinum (4,000+), and Diamond (6,000+), and higher tiers boost your rental point earnings: +10% (Gold), +20% (Platinum), and +30% (Diamond).

You earn status and rental points based on your spending on the rental price (excluding taxes, fees and charges). Since SIXT ONE calculates points in Euros, spending in other currencies is automatically converted using the exchange rate from your invoicing date. Points are then credited to your account within 48 hours.

To redeem rental points, simply log into your SIXT account and start a booking. On the Review your booking page, look for your points. If you have enough, you can then choose how many to redeem for savings.

Note: Rental points can only be redeemed in the SIXT app. Rental points apply only to the base rental rate (time and mileage) and cannot be applied to taxes, fees, protection packages, or add-ons, and can also not be combined with vouchers, business rentals, truck rentals, or partner rewards.

Qualifying rentals are rentals that can earn you status and rental points.

Qualifying rentals include car and truck rentals that are booked for pickup at participating SIXT locations via:

- SIXT app

- www.sixt.com

- Approved third-party sites for business rentals and using your member ID

Non-qualifying rentals are booked for pickup at non-participating SIXT locations or they fall into these categories:

- Replacement rentals

- Long-term rentals (28 days and longer)

- SIXT plus, SIXT ride, SIXT share

SIXT ONE follows a calendar year approach for status and points. Your status is maintained until the end of the following year after achieving it. For example, if you reach Gold in November 2026, you keep that status tier until December 2027.

Status points are valid until the end of the year in which they are earned; expired points are deducted from your points balance annually. Rental points are valid for 24 months from the end of the quarter in which they were earned; expired points are deducted from your points balance quarterly.

SIXT ONE benefits are available exclusively at participating rental locations in the following countries (excluding overseas territories): United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Monaco. Member rates may also be available for rentals in other countries.

Past rentals completed before you joined SIXT ONE don't earn points. Points from rentals after you join are credited within 48 hours of your invoice date and can be redeemed on future rentals.

As a Gold, Platinum, or Diamond member, you get member rates when logged in and booking in the SIXT app or on sixt.com.

For Silver members:

- US and Canada: You get better member rates in the SIXT app than on the web.

- Select European countries: Member rates are available only in the SIXT app.

Note: You can use member rates and redeem rental points on the same booking. Member rates apply only to qualifying personal car and truck rentals. They can't be used for business bookings or combined with other promotional offers.

As a SIXT ONE member, you can choose to earn rental points either with SIXT or a partner program. After enrolling, your account defaults to earning SIXT rental points. To earn partner rewards instead, simply update your preference in the SIXT ONE section of your account. Changes will automatically apply to all future rentals; partner rewards cannot be awarded retroactively for bookings that have already earned you rental points.

Good news: You still get SIXT status points on qualifying rentals, even when earning partner rewards.

Yes, you can join SIXT ONE as a business customer and collect points for both your business and private rentals.

Important information:

✓ Collecting Points: Points can be earned on both business and private rentals

✓ Redeeming Points: Points can only be redeemed for private rentals

✓ Third-Party Bookings: If you book SIXT through a third-party booking platform, please add your SIXT Business Profile ID in the "Frequent Traveler Programs" or "Loyalty Programs" field (or similar) to ensure you collect SIXT ONE points.
