How SIXT Best Price Guarantee Works
- Book your car rental on sixt.com at least 72 hours before pick-up.
- If you find a lower publicly available online price within 24 hours of booking, submit your claim.
- The lower price must match your rental details exactly: dates, times, pick-up and drop-off locations, and vehicle type.
- If approved, we'll match the lower price and apply an extra $10 USD discount on your prepaid rental.
What Qualifies for the SIXT Best Price Guarantee?
- The lower price must be publicly accessible without membership or login.
- Prices from other car rental companies or package deals like flight + hotel + car rental are excluded.
- Discounts, coupons, upgrade offers, pre-negotiated or group rates do not qualify.
- Prices found on auction or wholesale sites that hide the rental company name until purchase are excluded.
How to Claim Your Best Price
Submit the SIXT Best Price Guarantee claim form with your rental and the lower price details. We verify claims within 48 hours and notify you by email. Approved claims get the discount within 10 business days.
