Terms and Conditions
Please note that the following rates and rentals are excluded from the promotion and from mileage credit:
- Van and truck rentals
- Replacement rentals in case of insurance claims
- Long-term rentals (from 28 days)
- Rentals paid with vouchers
- Rentals with the payment method Prepaid (“Pay now”)
- Rentals under €25
- Rentals made through partner companies (e.g., ADAC)
- Certain corporate contract rates
Combining different promotional programs is not possible.
Miles are credited per rental and can be claimed retroactively up to 6 months after vehicle return, provided the promotion was valid at the time of booking and rental.
A mileage credit is only possible if the rental agreement was issued to the cardholder.
