Why are my SIXT ONE points missing from a past rental?

SIXT ONE rewards

Missing points are usually caused by not being signed in when booking, your membership number not being recorded, or the rate not qualifying. If points are missing after your rental, you can request a retrospective credit within three months by emailing sixtone@sixt.com.

Common reasons for missing points

  • Booking made as a guest without signing in to your SIXT account

  • Your SIXT ONE membership number was not recorded (e.g. when booking through a third party)

  • The wrong SIXT ONE account was linked to the booking

The rate does not qualify for points, for example:

  • Replacement vehicle rentals (accident replacement or breakdown cover rentals)

  • Long-term rentals of 28 days or more

  • Rentals via SIXT+, SIXT ride or SIXT share

How to request missing points

Send an email to sixtone@sixt.com including:

  • Your rental agreement number

  • A copy of your invoice

  • Your SIXT ONE membership number

Note: Requests must be submitted within three months of the end of your rental.
