How do I upgrade or change my SIXT vehicle group?

Change or modify a booking

Message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat with your booking reference and we'll check availability and adjust your booking for you. Alternatively, you can re-book online yourself or ask for an upgrade at the branch on the day of pick-up.

Re-book online yourself

  • Cancel your existing booking in My Bookings — free up to pick-up on Flexi rates

  • Make a new booking with your preferred vehicle category on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app

Upgrade or downgrade at the branch

Ask at the SIXT counter on the day of pick-up for a different vehicle category — subject to availability
