You can update your address and phone number yourself once you sign in via “Sign in | Register” on the website or in the SIXT App. Two things need us: your account email address (your login) and a name change, which we change for you. Message us on live chat.

Your account email address (login)
The email address you sign in with can’t be changed yourself. Message us on live chat: we’ll give you the email address to send your request to, and then update your login address for you.
Good to know: the email address in a booking profile is separate, and you can change it yourself at any time (see above).
Name change
You can’t change your name yourself (for example after marriage or divorce). Message us on live chat: we’ll give you the email address where you can send your rental agreement number and proof of the name change (for example a marriage certificate, court order for a name change, or updated driver’s license). We’ll then update your name for you.

You can delete your SIXT account at any time — on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app. Before proceeding, please complete any active rentals and download all important invoices.
How to delete your account
Sign in on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app
Click your name in the top right and select Personal data
Scroll to the bottom of the Account page and click Delete account
Confirm the action — your account will be permanently deleted

Your SIXT ONE points and status will be forfeited
Active and upcoming bookings are not automatically canceled — please cancel or manage these separately before deleting your account

At SIXT, you get everything in your preferred language — website, booking confirmation, rental agreement, and invoice. You don't need a separate language setting in your account.
The language simply depends on which SIXT website you use:

You can do this at any time, including for an existing reservation or a rental in progress:
Open the website in your preferred language. The quickest way is via the globe icon at the top right (where you see your current country and currency, e.g., "US | $") and select your preferred country. Alternatively, go directly to the country website, for example sixt.com for English.
Log in with your usual credentials. It's the same account — you'll see all your bookings there.
Under "Manage trip," you'll now find your booking confirmation, rental agreement, and invoice in the language you want.
Good to know: The emails we send you right after booking are always in the language of the website you booked on. If you need a different language, simply download the documents under "Manage bookings" as described above.

If your driver’s license is already saved and verified in your SIXT account, you can update it in the SIXT App at any time, for example after receiving a new license: tap the profile icon, open “Personal details”, tap the pencil icon next to “Verified driver’s license”, and upload your new license details.
Update in the SIXT App
Open the SIXT App and sign in to your account.
Tap the profile icon at the top right.
Open “Personal details”.
Tap the pencil icon next to “Verified driver’s license”.
Follow the verification process and upload your new license details.
