Do you already have status with another car rental company, an airline, or a hotel group? In most cases, you can have that status matched with SIXT ONE.
The following programs are eligible for a status match
Car rental companies: Hertz Gold Plus Rewards, Europcar Privilege Club, Avis Preferred, Enterprise Plus
Airlines: Miles & More and other selected airline programs
Hotels: ALL Accor, Best Western Rewards, Dorint, GHA Discovery, H Rewards, Kempinski, Leaders Club, Marriott Bonvoy, Meliá Rewards, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Rewards, Small Luxury Hotels (SLH)
Good to know: You can't link a loyalty account directly to SIXT — but you can match your status to SIXT ONE. Not every program is eligible, though: Delta SkyMiles and AAdvantage (American Airlines), for example, are currently not possible.
Before you start
You'll need a SIXT ONE account for your status match. If you don't have one yet, you can set it up in just a few minutes in the SIXT app or on the website.
How to request your status match
The exact steps depend on where your status comes from:
Status from an airline
Go to sixt.com/partners and select your airline.
On the partner page, scroll down to the Status Match section.
Click the link, sign in to your SIXT account, and upload proof of your status.
Can't find a Status Match link on the partner page? Then a match with this partner is unfortunately not possible.
Status from a hotel group
Start a chat with us: simply message us here.
Tell us your details: let us know which hotel chain you are with and the status you would like matched.
Receive your link: we will send you a personalised link directly in this chat.
Complete your request: open the link, sign in to your SIXT account, and upload proof of your current status.
Status from another car rental company
Open this link and select your previous rental company.
Scroll down to the Status Match section.
Click the link, sign in to your SIXT account, and upload proof of your status.
What happens next
We'll review your proof. Once that's done, you'll receive a confirmation email with your new SIXT ONE status.
Would you like to match with another partner (e.g. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Bahn.Bonus)?
In that case, the status match is only possible via the partner's website. Please log in with the partner and match your status directly on their site.

Redeem your SIXT ONE rental points directly when booking on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app. Sign in, start your booking and select how many points to apply to the base rate at the final step. Rental points reduce the price for time and mileage on private rentals.
How to redeem your points
Sign in on the SIXT website or open the SIXT app
Start your booking as usual and select a vehicle
At the final booking step, your available rental points are displayed automatically
Select how many points you'd like to apply to the base rate
Pay any remaining amount with your card or another accepted payment method
What rental points can be used for
Rental points reduce the base rate of your rental (time and mileage only) — they cannot be applied to taxes, fees, protection packages or extras.
Important to know
Rental points can only be redeemed for private rentals — not for business rentals
Not combinable with vouchers, business bookings or partner rewards
Platinum and Diamond member benefit
As a Platinum or Diamond member, you are also entitled to a complimentary one-category vehicle upgrade at the branch — subject to availability. This benefit is applied on-site and is independent of your rental points balance.

How to maintain your status
Your status is valid until the end of the calendar year following the year in which you achieved it. Reaching the required threshold again in that following year retains your status.

No. Rentals you completed before you enrolled in SIXT ONE do not count toward your Status Points or Rental Points. Earning your points only begins on the date you enroll in the program.
How points are credited after you enroll
Points from rentals you complete after enrolling in SIXT ONE are credited to your account within 48 hours of the invoice date.
Once credited, you can redeem your Rental Points on future rentals.

Missing points are usually caused by not being signed in when booking, your membership number not being recorded, or the rate not qualifying. If points are missing after your rental, you can request a retrospective credit within three months by emailing sixtone@sixt.com.
Common reasons for missing points
Booking made as a guest without signing in to your SIXT account
Your SIXT ONE membership number was not recorded (e.g. when booking through a third party)
The wrong SIXT ONE account was linked to the booking
The rate does not qualify for points, for example:
Replacement vehicle rentals (accident replacement or breakdown cover rentals)
Long-term rentals of 28 days or more
Rentals via SIXT+, SIXT ride or SIXT share
How to request missing points
Send an email to sixtone@sixt.com including:
Your rental agreement number
A copy of your invoice
Your SIXT ONE membership number
Note: Requests must be submitted within three months of the end of your rental.

Note: As a SIXT ONE member, you can choose in your account whether to earn SIXT ONE rental points or partner points. Your selection applies to all future bookings and can be updated at any time.
