How to earn points

For every €1 of qualifying rental spend, you earn 1 status point (base rate and selected extras, excluding taxes)
Points are credited to your SIXT ONE account automatically after your rental ends
Tip: SIXT ONE calculates points in Euros. Spend in other currencies is automatically converted using the exchange rate from your invoicing date.
Link a partner programme
Add your airline or hotel partner membership number when signing up to earn additional points with partner programmes.

Redeem your SIXT ONE rental points directly when booking on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app. Sign in, start your booking and select how many points to apply to the base rate at the final step. Rental points reduce the price for time and mileage on private rentals.
How to redeem your points
Sign in on the SIXT website or open the SIXT app
Start your booking as usual and select a vehicle
At the final booking step, your available rental points are displayed automatically
Select how many points you'd like to apply to the base rate
Pay any remaining amount with your card or another accepted payment method
What rental points can be used for
Rental points reduce the base rate of your rental (time and mileage only) — they cannot be applied to taxes, fees, protection packages or extras.
Important to know
Rental points can only be redeemed for private rentals — not for business rentals
Not combinable with vouchers, business bookings or partner rewards
Platinum and Diamond member benefit
As a Platinum or Diamond member, you are also entitled to a complimentary one-category vehicle upgrade at the branch — subject to availability. This benefit is applied on-site and is independent of your rental points balance.

Silver — entry tier upon joining. Earn status and rental points, access mobile check-in
Gold (from 2,000 status points) — member discount, +10% bonus on rental points
Platinum (from 4,000 status points) — member discount, +20% bonus on rental points, complimentary one-category vehicle upgrade (subject to availability)
Diamond (from 6,000 status points) — member discount, +30% bonus on rental points, complimentary upgrade (subject to availability), access to the Diamond Lounge at selected branches
How to advance tiers
For every €1 of qualifying rental spend, you earn 1 status point — your tier updates automatically once you reach the next threshold.

How to maintain your status
Your status is valid until the end of the calendar year following the year in which you achieved it. Reaching the required threshold again in that following year retains your status.

Missing points are usually caused by not being signed in when booking, your membership number not being recorded, or the rate not qualifying. If points are missing after your rental, you can request a retrospective credit within three months by emailing sixtone@sixt.com.
Common reasons for missing points
Booking made as a guest without signing in to your SIXT account
Your SIXT ONE membership number was not recorded (e.g. when booking through a third party)
The wrong SIXT ONE account was linked to the booking
The rate does not qualify for points, for example:
Replacement vehicle rentals (accident replacement or breakdown cover rentals)
Long-term rentals of 28 days or more
Rentals via SIXT+, SIXT ride or SIXT share
How to request missing points
Send an email to sixtone@sixt.com including:
Your rental agreement number
A copy of your invoice
Your SIXT ONE membership number
Note: Requests must be submitted within three months of the end of your rental.

Note: As a SIXT ONE member, you can choose in your account whether to earn SIXT ONE rental points or partner points. Your selection applies to all future bookings and can be updated at any time.
