How do I find or resend my SIXT booking confirmation?

Make a booking

Most SIXT confirmations arrive by email within a minute of booking. You can re-download your confirmation at any time under My Bookings on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app.

Confirmation hasn't arrived? Check these three things first

  • Check your spam, junk and promotions folders

  • Check that the email address on your booking is correct

  • Open My Bookings in the SIXT app or on the SIXT website — if your booking is visible there, it has been successfully confirmed

How to re-send your confirmation

  1. Sign in on the SIXT website or open the SIXT app

  2. Open My Bookings and select your booking

  3. Scroll to Support, tap Booking confirmation and download it

Booked through a travel agent or broker?

Your confirmation will come from the respective provider, not directly from SIXT — please contact the provider you booked with.
