You can update your address, phone number and email address yourself by signing in on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app. A name change (e.g. after marriage or divorce) is not available via self-service — message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat and we'll take care of it.

Sign in on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app
Open your account or profile section
Update the relevant field and save
Name change
A name change cannot be made via self-service. Please message us via WhatsApp or Live Chat with your rental agreement number and proof of the name change (e.g. marriage certificate or updated driver's license) — we'll update your name for you.

You can delete your SIXT account at any time — on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app. Before proceeding, please complete any active rentals and download all important invoices.
How to delete your account
Sign in on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app
Click your name in the top right and select Personal data
Scroll to the bottom of the Account page and click Delete account
Confirm the action — your account will be permanently deleted
What happens when you delete your account
Your SIXT ONE points and status will be forfeited
Active and upcoming bookings are not automatically cancelled — please cancel or manage these separately before deleting your account
