How do I create a SIXT account?

Create your personal SIXT account in just a few steps — on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app. With an account, you benefit from faster bookings, easy rental management and access to your invoices at any time.

Create an account on the SIXT website

1. Click Sign in | Register in the top right

2. Enter your personal details: email address, name and country of residence

3. Click Create account

4. Enter the activation code from your email — your account is active immediately

Create an account in the SIXT app

1. Download the SIXT app from the App Store or Google Play

2. Open the app and tap Sign in | Register

3. Enter your personal details: email address, name and country of residence

4. Tap Create account

5. Enter the activation code from your email

Signing in to your SIXT account works via a one-time login code sent to your email address — no password required. If the code does not arrive, it is usually in your spam folder or was sent to a different email address.

How to sign in

1. On the SIXT website or in the SIXT app, tap Sign in | Register

2. Enter your email address

3. Enter the login code from your email — the code is only valid for a few minutes

Login code not arriving?

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders

• Check that you are signing in with the correct email address (e.g. whether you originally registered with a different address)

• Request a new code if the first one has expired

No longer have access to your email address?

Your SIXT account is linked to your email address. If you no longer have access to it, contact us via WhatsApp or Live Chat with your full name — we're happy to help you recover your account.
