How do I change my name, address or email on my SIXT account?

Personal details and documents

You can update your address, phone number and email address yourself by signing in on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app. A name change (e.g. after marriage or divorce) is not available via self-service — message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat and we'll take care of it.

What you can update yourself

In your account:

  • Add or change your home address

  • Add or change your phone number

  • Delete your account

In your booking profiles:

  • Add or change your billing address

  • Change your email address

  • Add or change your payment methods

  • Create a new profile

  • Deactivate a profile

How to make changes

  1. Sign in on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app

  2. Open your account or profile section

  3. Update the relevant field and save

Name change

A name change cannot be made via self-service. Please message us via WhatsApp or Live Chat with your rental agreement number and proof of the name change (e.g. marriage certificate or updated driver's license) — we'll update your name for you.
