What do I do if my flight has been delayed?
For prepaid rentals, the vehicle will be held for up to 60 minutes following the scheduled pick-up time but may be honored at any point during the purchased rental period. The vehicle category may not be guaranteed on any rental picked up after the 60-minute grace period passes. Providing us with your flight information allows us to serve you better.
For pay later reservations, the vehicle will be held for up to 60 minutes following the scheduled pick-up time. However, if you are outside that window and did not call, email, or enter a ticket to update your time then you may not be guaranteed a vehicle.
