How to download your invoice
Sign in on the SIXT website or open the SIXT app
Open My Bookings and select the relevant rental
Tap Invoice and download the PDF

You can update your billing address on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app within your booking at any time — both before pick-up and after return. A tax ID cannot be added online; please contact us via WhatsApp or Live Chat and we'll add it for you.
How to add or update your billing address
Sign in on the SIXT website or open the SIXT app
Open My Bookings and select the relevant rental
In the Your information section, click Add billing address
Enter the company name and address and save
Tip: In the Profile section, you can save your company details and billing address as defaults — they will then be applied automatically to future bookings.
Add a tax ID
A tax ID cannot be added via self-service on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app. Message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat with your rental agreement number and the correct tax ID — we'll add it and send you an updated PDF invoice by email
Corporate rentals with a fixed billing address
For corporate rentals with a fixed billing address on file, changes cannot be made online. Message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat with your rental agreement number — we'll check whether an update is possible

For unused Prepaid reservations, the original receipt for the amount retained serves as your invoice. For Flexi reservations that were not picked up, no invoice is usually issued. With certain rates or corporate contracts, a no-show fee may apply — in which case you will receive a separate invoice by email.
Prepaid no-show
The original receipt remains your invoice and can be downloaded under My Bookings on the SIXT website or in the SIXT app.
Flexi no-show
No invoice is usually issued. With certain rates or corporate contracts, a no-show fee may apply — you will receive a corresponding invoice by email.
