Nice car, convenient location and friendly, helpful staff but not good value when excess waiver fees are added. Special thanks to Newtownards driver David who went out of his way to assist with onward transport after i returned vehicle, a real credit to the depot.

Excellent service from Sven at Kia branch, Portaferry road, Newtownards, Co. Down. Answered any queries we had in a friendly and professional manner. Other members of staff were very polite and friendly also. The vehicle (Kia Sportage ) was chosen with good help and advice from Sven. The car was great to drive and gave exceptional mpg.
