James (Kiwi) was fantastic and helped me collect the car when my flight was delayed by 6 hours. I paid the late collection fee but he stayed on to ensure we collected the car and got to our destination which was a wedding the next day. This was at 00.45hrs!!! We should of collected the car at 18.30hrs the previous day. He is a great credit to your business, was very helpful and I will definitely use you guys again. Updated review The post service department investigated the problem described below and gave a compensation. I am really grateful that at least the company offered a solution for the problem since not many do so. Awful experience, I booked a C segment car for around £700. When I arrived I was told that the car I reserved was not available and they gave me three options: a smaller car (not considered since I had many pieces of luggage with me), waiting until a C-segment car was available (could have been hours and I was in a rush) or paying an additional £300 for an upgrade (£1000 in total). I had a work meeting that I couldn't be late to so I had to pay the mentioned amount because they had given the car that I had booked to someone else. I will never book with this company again. No proffesionalism at all.
