All staff were helpful and polite. When I first collected the car, the staff even advised me on which are the must-see sights in the area, went thru the car functions (how to work the navigation system etc). When I returned the car, the staff helped me with directions on how to get back to town. Amazing customer service! Definitely looking forward to going back there again when I need a car.

Can't fault the service I received from the team at Sixt Aberdeen Airport. They are a small team but they did all they could to help and gave me a free upgrade. 5/5 Not entirely happy with Sixt themselves however as they let me book a car for the Saturday morning when the office wasn't open on Saturdays which meant I had a choice of either moving to an earlier flight on the Friday at my expense to make sure I was there to before closing to pick the car up on the Friday rather than Saturday morning or cancel the booking 48 hours before I was due to travel and go with another operator at double what I had paid in the first place. 2/5 (As it happened my return flight was cancelled and I had to travel back down to London a day early so the Aberdeen office moved my booking forward by a day so I didn't have to pay for picking the car up a day early even though the issue was caused by Sixt themselves).

Poor quality car with expensive upgrades and no support when the car broke down. Update July 19, 2022 - the branch manager called from Scotland to the us in US, admitted to the bad experience and apologized. I was given a fair settlement on this and was impressed with the recovery they made.
