Great service from the local employee. Once again, we were clearly informed about the different conditions on site and the insurance cover. The information provided in advance when booking online was unfortunately not very informative. It's nice that the staff on site are aware of this. Of course, we were also happy about the free upgrade. Everything went smoothly and the return directly at the airport also worked without problems.

The agent at the desk was super helpful, she gave us suggestions about various places to drive to in Mallorca which we never would of thought of on our own. The places were amazing and we are thankful for her suggestions. She also offered an upgrade on a convertible which I highly recommend doing on the island, it makes the drive much more enjoyable especially in the mountains. This location is outside the airport FYI so you still need to taxi or bus to get there, but you can still drop your car in the airport.
