Great experience! Lili, the staff on duty, when I was picking up my car was super helpful, friendly and professional. She was immediately adding additional damage to the contracts which I found at the car and was overall very helpful, polite and knowledgable! Highly recommended to rent a car here!

My rental experience was good, no problem with car, staff, check-in check -out (somehow tires got low pressure though). Also, ask for the way to exit parking as there is a special gate for Sixt renters. We got stuck a bit at a wrong gate.

However, the deposit amount was not mentioned before during the rental process online (it was the same as the rental price) we were satisfied with the service. We drop off the car at T2 and there was also a very kind person working.

Great customer service! Their computer system was not working well, so they charged me for an extra day, but the extra charge was easily remedied by customer service. All employees were very nice and accommodating, and explained everything in detail. I have rented cars all over the world. Pay for the extra insurance in Spain, even if your credit card will cover you. Especially in Spain, Italy and Greece. It will save you a lot of time, and potentially money. Also, keep all your paper work, and take a video of the car before and after the rental.

Very good location for me. Situated in the Hilton hotel, close, with easy access to the cars. The employee was very kind, fast, affordable. He managed to solve the rental in a good way. For sure, I will repeat to rent a car from Sixt and from this location. I was satisfied.
