Superb and Amazing as always! The staff are so polite, have big smiles, accommodate our little daugher when she comes with us to the office (she loves it) and the rental process is very smooth, clear and professional. We have been with Sixt for years and the service is great, especially as we live so close and need to rent regularly (if you live in the city you know it is not always the best option to buy a car). I highly recommend using the app. Take your time to select from a very wide variety of options. The staff at Francec Macis branch are wonderful. They spok English which helps a lot. The cars are clean and the have a good selection of cars.

Quick and easy check-in and pick up as well as drop off. The car was of the type and classification designated when making the reservation and options, including EV, were offered. Great staff and location for in city pick up in Barcelona.

I’ve had two very good experiences. A month ago I rented a car at this agency and unfortunately someone broke the back window to access the glove compartment. I called Sixt and since I could still drive the car I was told to go back to the agency. I arrived there ten minutes before it closed and there was only one person at the desk. I don’t know that person’s name but she was very friendly and accommodating even though she obviously had to work overtime in a hot summer afternoon. She gave us a replacement car right away. Today I returned the car and the man in charge, Cesar, was just as friendly. Moreover he told us what could be done to get a better rate if we rented the car for a few more days. I will definitely rent a car with Sixt again even though I am an Avis Preferred member.
