The Sixt office opened its doors on the 15th of April 2011 and can be found in there office at the entrance to the Hotel Melia Alicante, a hotel with more than 30 years experiene, an excellent qualityservice, and top class services creating the Hotel Melia Alicante into one of the most elite hotels in the city, with a modern infrastructure and an active events room, available for congresses, conventions, meetings and banquets.

Sixt rent a car Alicante Centre/Harbour Hotel Melia have a fantastic location on Alicantes 'Postiguet' beach, very close to the harbour and popular 'Paseo Maritimo'. A few minutes away you can find the historic centre with shopping to be done and recognised monuments such as the Santa Barbara castle. You can also visit the island of Tabarca, a must do visit for anyone visiting the Costa Blanca region, the journey by boat is approximately one hour. The train station is approximately 1km away and Alicantes airport only 10km.

The quality of service and personalized attention at the locations I used was exemplary. The cars are always clean and low km. on the clock. The prices are competitive, perhaps a little higher than some other agencies, but I always believe that you get what you pay for. Definitely will continue to use SIXT for future rentals when able.
