Your way to SIXT
The SIXT counter is located at Terminal 2, Arrival Hall (opposite belt/row 31-32).
By Skytrain - From Terminals 1 and 3 are connected by a complimentary Skytrain service, operating hours: 5:00AM - 2:00AM.
On Foot: Between T2 & T3 - Use the Mezzanine level link bridge between the two terminals. Between T1 & T2/ T3 - Use the link bridge located at JEWEL Level 3.
By Shuttle Bus from T4 - The shuttle bus journey between terminals at the public area takes about 10 minutes and the shuttle bus journey between terminals at the transit area takes between 10 to 18 minutes.
By car
From the City Centre: 20-minute drive via East Coast Parkway (ECP), which Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE).
From Tuas Checkpoint: 40-minute drive via the East Coast Parkway Expressway (ECP) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).
With public transportation
PUBLIC BUS Terminals 1, 2 and 3: You can take buses 24, 27, 34, 36, 53, 110 and 858 to all 3 Terminals.
By TRAIN To get to Changi Airport, take the East West Line to Tanah Merah MRT Station (EW4/CG), then transfer to Changi Airport MRT Station (CG2). Alternatively, take the Downtown Line to Expo MRT Station (CG1/DT35), then transfer to Changi Airport MRT Station. The Changi Airport MRT Station is linked directly to Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 of Changi Airport.
Return information
Follow the signage to Terminal 2 (Car Park 2A) and make a U-turn when you see the signage Car Park 2A. Keep feft after the U-turn and turn left to Car Park 2A. Upon entering the car park, drive to Level 2 towards the entrance to the Departure Hall Glass Gate. You will see SIXT lots. Park your rental vehicle at any empty lot. Remove all belongings, off all lights, close windows and lock the vehicle. You MAY call/SMS or take a picture of the car and send image via mobile number +65 9660 0506 to inform us about the lot number in which you have parked your SIXT vehicle. Take the lift or escalator down to Level 1 and proceed to the SIXT counter (opposite belt 31-32) to drop the car key into the orange key box. Please note that a car park fee will be charged if the car is returned/parked at any other terminal.
