We rented a car for 4 days directly at the airport without pre booking. The agent taking care of us was very, very professional and helpful. We received a Skoda Rapid in a very good condition and all the instructions needed. We will definitely return to Sixt when in Sibiu and perhaps in other locations too. As general advice: if you arrive early in the morning at the airport they might still have cars to rent without pre booking, otherwise not pre booking might be a bit risky. We paid by card but it can be a good idea to have cash with you.

I made a reservation via the Sixt App and had additional insurance covering the excess provided through my credit card. Sebastian gave me a very efficient and informative check-in experience and his younger colleague inspecting the car was very friendly and accurate both during check-in and checkout. The car was a small upgrade to the initially booked category and fairly new with 18k kilometres on the clock. To sum up, I had a very good experience with Sixt at Sibiu Airport and would recommend them anytime! Thank you

Great experience renting a car here for 5 days. The pickup process was painless, small scuffs / marks on the car were all checked and noted and then we were done in less than 15 minutes. The car was a nice VW Passat in really good condition and it drove well. Drop off was equally painless and quick.
