We just rented a car there for 10 days. Sixt employees were very friendly and competent. Everything was crystal clear from the booking all the way to the vehicle return. We had an issue with one tire that leaked air, and Sixt replaced the vehicle very quickly (no charge). I just had to send one email and I received a response the same evening. I've only had very positive experiences with all my Sixt rentals in Europe. I also find that they generally charge less than other companies.
