Lisbon Station Gare do Oriente

The SIXT branch is located inside Gare do Oriente, on level -2 between the stairs leading to the Metro and the PSP police station. If you are accessing via the underground parking garage, use the access doors in the green area on level -2 of the underground parking garage to enter Gare do Oriente and go directly to the SIXT counter, which is easily identifiable inside the station.

If you arrive by train, use the Urban Train (CP) lines that serve the Lisbon Metropolitan Area (Sintra, Azambuja, Cascais, Setúbal), or the Intercidades (IC) and Alfa Pendular (AP) high-speed lines from long-distance destinations such as Porto, Coimbra, Braga, Faro (Algarve) and Évora, and get off at Gare do Oriente Station. If you arrive by metro, use the Red Line of the Metro and get off at Oriente Station. If you arrive by bus, use Carris lines from within Lisboa, Carris Metropolitana lines from neighboring municipalities or national and international operators such as Rede Expressos, FlixBus and Renex coming from other cities, and get off at Gare do Oriente. After arriving at Gare do Oriente, go to level -2 and follow the signs to the SIXT counter, which is easily identifiable inside the station.

On Avenida de Berlim, you will see the entrance to the underground parking garage identified with a SIXT sign on your right if you are coming from Avenida Dom João II, or on your left if you are coming from Avenida Infante Dom Henrique. Please enter the underground parking garage, go down to level -2, and park in one of the available spaces identified with a SIXT sign in the green area. After parking, use the access doors in the green area on level -2 of the parking garage to enter Gare do Oriente and go directly to the SIXT counter, where our team will be available to assist and guide you through the return process.
