I had a great experience. Kindly got a complimentary upgrade to a nearly new car. The checkout process was clear and fairly quick. I only saw the negative reviews on Google halfway through the rental period, so was slightly concerned I'd get a few surprises returning the car, but this wasn't the case. Very simple return and no shock costs. As my normal routine, I took a few pictures before picking up the car, but these weren't required in the end. Would use again
