The shuttle pick up area is found by exiting the terminal through the ground floor main doors and turning right, walk along the path for about 100 meters. You will see a sign that reads CAR RENTAL SHUTTLES.

Simply proceed to our Wellington Airport branch at 1 Freight Drive, Wellington 6022. Our helpful staff will also assist you in commuting back to the airport.

Outside opening hours

Pick-up out of opening hours is possible for an additional charge. This service is bookable on request. Please provide your flight number, e-mail address and mobile number.



The key drop box is located to the right of the sales office at the end of the ramp. Please park in one of the spaces in front of the sales office, or in the area to the rear of the sales office. Do not park on the driveway as this blocks access to other businesses. No shuttle service is available outside of business hours. You can either walk (approximately 11 minutes) or take a taxi or Uber to the terminal. The vehicle will be inspected and checked in the following day.
