Overall a good experience at the counter . We walked in, and we found quickly a car was for us (because of a train strike , driving becomes the only options). Two inconvenient.. physical car pick up at Rome and Drop off (Bologna train station , outside the working hrs ) , where not indicated well, and we wasted at lot of time picking and dropping the car
