Das vorab reservierte Auto konnten wir pünktlich in Empfang nehmen. Der Service am Schalter war äußerst freundlich und kompetent, die Fahrzeugübergabe war, bei unserer Flugzeitverschiebung von fast zwei Stunden, ebenso völlig problemlos. Die sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin stand uns mit Rat und Tat auch am Feiertag zu Seite.
