The exprience was very good. Initially we orders S klass but we were informed a week earlier that this type will not be available. In any case we decided to rent different car type. When arriving to the station we saw the type we wanted initially infront and therefore asked also the receptionist if we can still get this car, she answered it will not be possible. After she said to us which car we are expected to receive and saw we were not so happy she by herself decided to check with the manager if that would be possible for us to get the same type we wanted initially, in the end of the day we took the car we wanted and were very happy. Service is very good and in favour of the client, therefore we would for sure come back again.
